Every program places a major emphasis on the educational components of training. Only by understanding our specific training methods and how each applies to your goals can you truly achieve greater success.

At SMARTER Fitness we can use our expertise to assist people from all walks of life acheive their physical potential. From Elite Athletes to clients with medical issues - we have benefited people from all walks of life - and offer something for everyone. Our services are provided by 2 specialist divisions, each with a different focus:

  • The High Performance Division is dedicated to maximising the potential of sports performers by improving performance and decreasing injury potential.
  • The Lifestyle Division is committed to achieving a better quality of life for clients by improving health, vitality, physique, emotional happiness and more. The needs of people of all ages, training experience and medical background can be catered for.     

 

Methodology
SMARTER Fitness applies a multi-faceted methodology that generates RESULTS. We are dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of sports and exercise science. Therefore, our clients know that they will reap the benefits of the most current thinking, and receive programs that reflect this applied knowledge.

Following an initial consultation with one of our trainers our clients are set personal goals before embarking in a training regime. All our training methods follow the SMARTER training system.

            S - training is Specific to the needs of the client, as are the individual goals set.
       
    M - training goals set are Measurable.
       
    A - to allow for changing circumstances all aspects of training and individual goals are Adjustable .
       
    R - the individual targets set are Realistic.
       
    T - all training targets are Time based.
            E- we aim to make all training regimes challenging and Exciting.

- the goals set and performances in training are Recorded.
